BELIEVING IN YOURSELF!!!!!...day 446...

i want to try something with everyone ...simple exercise...and all it takes is just you concentrating...as you read this i want you to focus all of your full attention on either your right hand or your left, which ever hand you use the most...focus all your attention on that hand as you read this journal....as you read each and every word your hand is becoming very numb....feel it becoming number with each and every word you read...feel it now!!....actually feel it!! ....really feel it happening right now.....you hand is becoming more an more number with each and every word you read...feel it going numb....its so numb that you cant even type...can you actually feel that hand gettin number with each and every word you read....actually feel that hand gettin numb...your hand is 10 times number now...the more you read these words, the number your hand becomes ...feeeel it....feeeel it now!!....is it is numb yet...

NOW.....your hand can return to normal and when it has you will be able to once again type...

simple exercise in concentration...sometimes keepin focused on what you want to achieve is hard to do...thats why its important to visualize what you want to accomplish and to set in your mind almost like its engraved in concrete to get to your final goal...for me its a very long journy...but i kno ...i just kno i will achieve my final goal...i have already accepted that i will do it...im starting on my second year of workin it off...changing my workouts each and every day...by keeping my body guessin what im gonna do thru my workout...surprisingly after the joggin yesterday, yes i was tired an my bck was hurting, but i layed on the heating pad yesterday afternoon...and to my surprise, im not a bit sore today...i set the clock to wake me up at 4am...well i woke up at 350am...and although i wasnt ready to get up...i did cause i kno i have to ...to achieve what i want to do today..im off the meds...so i want to get a walk in before the sun gets very high in the sky...i am gonna leave around 5am like i was...and just do a short 3-4 miles...get use to my route again...so...hope everyone enjoys the hand exercise today...and how you can focus all your energy to working off the weight and exercising to the best of your effort...its all about believing so much in yourslf...and knowing that you can achieve your final weight...its gonna take time an consistency to get ther...sure there will be days you mess up...thats all part of it...you have to stay positive on them days...i kno its hard...but stayin positive is all part of achieving your goals...it use to really bother me when i cheated with foods that i had stopped myslf from having...but i have learned that everyonce in a while your body needs that food..and that its ok to have it...its all about forgiving yourslf and gettin bck on track and refocusing again as soon as you can....so that you can get bck into that mind set of achieving your final goals.....BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!...VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR FINAL WEIGHT!!! FEEL IT !!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!...

First walk in...7543 in steps..7336 aerobic..487 cal...3.45 miles...68 min...not sure if im gonna do another one or just get on the floor and do my upper body today since im not so tired like i was yesterday...probly just do the floor exercise today and give my legs an feet a rest..lol...
