day 425...GOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!...yeap already up and tryin to decide if im going walkin today or if im gonna take today off...after my 2 morning walks, didnt really do alot...was 89 outside, but with humidity it was 98...suppose to be even hotter today thru tuesday...guess summer is here...then after supper last night i decided to cut grass, and get it over since i needed it...today i will weed eat it before it gets to hot...yesterday was weigh in day, but havnt made the time to go to the gym an do that ...i did try on the 42s...they are so close to buttoning...that i kno im still loosing..really dont kno how i couldnt be with all the steps im taking...so hopefully by next week the 42s will button...they are just so close this week...i was thinkin since you all want to pick my tomatoes, do you think you can swing by an water them to...lol...i just cant get in a nitely habit of doing it...i usually do it after my first walk in the morning...i have even been thinkin about a way to water them easier for next year...well guess i need to get up an movin again...sittin here gettin my 16 oz of water bck into my body so i can get caught up on my water before my walk...hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!!

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
15. TRY AND ADD MORE STEPS ON EACH DAY, WHEN YOU DO YOUR 2 MORNING WALKS !!!!

went back to bed this morning...guess my body needed the rest...no walks today cept around the house to finish the grass from last night...

yeap...im covered with shorts or jeans down to 36s...lol...i stocked up at the last rummage i was at...lol..
