Not bad for day after Thanksgiving.

From FS, a slice of pumpkin pie is just over 300 calories, but 1/3 cup of pumpkin pie mix is 80 calories. I'm going to stick with gutting my pumpkin pies. Never cared for the crust and it seems to be close to 100 calories. Not worth it.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
