Happy Thanksgiving all. Started the day off with no internet, back now, that kind of storm. Enjoying this weather. The Turkey Day challenge is to walk 3.1 miles. Easy, except for the wind and the rain. Going to try and fit it in anyways between showers. Not going to do anything stupid though.

The scale, wow, I'm going to have to be very careful not to fall down a rabbit hole with this thing. Way more precise data than my old one. Weight, muscle weight, bone weight, BMI, etc., along with counting steps, providing weather forecast and more. I knew I had gained muscle from the last scan and this proves it. Even though I have to be careful not to put too much faith in it, it will be useful for tracking trends when I can't get access to clinical machines. Let me remind myself, it's not a clinical machine, but wow.

Scale is a Withings Body+ and is on a crazy sale at Amazon for those who wish to torture themselves with data during the holidays. Like $50 crazy. Obviously, the five readings I've done since I set it up last night at 11PM aren't any indication of long term performance, but I'm impressed already.
