I guess my weight was up yesterday from salty popcorn the other day at the movie theater when I saw Dr Sleep with my nieces. Boy that movie sucked. Anyway, my weight dropped a bit today, but I have to restrict my snacks to keep it that way.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
