Today's lunch, I'm having the kale salad mix instead of baby spinach to mix up texture. Kale, mushrooms, avocado, chicken, 1/2oz soft goat cheese (because, avocado), pipits, mushrooms, balsamic and olive oil.

This morning, body fat was down 1% even though scale held. Based on yesterday's swim, I guess I'm happy enough. Still wearing the 8's.
