DP, S300 is 50x reps of 6 different exercises. It was a Challenge, especially the DB push-ups/Rows. The routine was Developed due to training for the people in the movie, Spartan “300.”

HCB, thx for asking on the ankle surgery...still not at 100% as the nerves are not connected, as I have numbness every day! Let’s hope it will eventually recover!!

I got astonished when i first saw your photo. I know i am a few years younger than you. So i know what it takes to have such a low fat percentage and how hard it is to maintain such a kind of muscularity at this age. Also your skin is firm. So from me it is a perfect 10! not only for your current condition but also for all those previous years of consistent body training and way of eating perfectly adjusting to your needs that obviously made you what you are.

Tassos, much Appreciated. The trainers have contributed a huge effect as has my Wife. She got us involved about 3 years ago & the CrossFit (Strength & Conditioning) classes have definitely helped!!
