Drank a lot of water yesterday so was finally able to go. Been having trouble ever since the hysterectomy and bladder surgery last year. Feel much better this morning. I need to drink at least 4 large glasses a day.

Mr C made stir fry beef and broccoli last night. It was delicious. Gotta get to the gym today.

Looks nice outside. It was supposed to get down in the 40s last night. About time.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
