Another weigh in today, down 5 more pounds. I need to start a work out program. I guess I am going to start trying to firm up some. From 329 to 288 41 lbs since May.I notice that my muscle mass is starting to shrink, need to start firming up. the flab in my arms.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
