saw my Dr. today weighed in at 293 lbs. Pretty much following the 2000 calorie a day diet. Clothes are fitting loose and I feel much better. I will just keep pushing LOL.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
