Well- Here's my back. It isn't what I thought it would be but I guess good to have a "before" picture. And truth be told- what if I had a suspicious mole? I'd never know. LOL In my mind I was going to look more muscular. Maybe in December it will look way better. And don't ask about the mark on my side- no idea. It wasn't a bruise and it doesn't hurt- so not really sure. 2 months from today, I hope to see some progress.

Good lat development and general muscle separation already; the arms and shoulders are coming a long great, particularly good front/rear deltoid balance. The definition will come as you keep working on it. I imagine you would benefit from practicing posing your back muscles; flexing without a load is just different than training, and its hard to get all those nerves to fire to flex the various muscles simultaneously. It's a good shot, and your hard work is evident!

Thanks girls. Thanks, Tom. I have no idea how to flex my back. I tried to pretend I was doing a pull down but yes...I need some practice. 👍🏼🤷🏻‍♀️ it was difficult for me.
