This is the third day of my egg diet. I was stalled for a week and now I'm back on track. I lost 1 pound since yesterday. I'm happy.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks girls, I wasn't sure what would work and then I saw this egg diet thing on Pinterest and I'd heard other people talk about it before so I thought I would try it. It seems to have helped

On this third day of egg diet my husband and I have discovered something. Just plain eggs several times a day is really boring so we have added shrimp which is amazing and no calories no carbs no nothing to them really, and then 4 green olives tonight and they really tasted good with eggs and you really can't count carbs and calories in those either. I do count the carbs and calories, but they're very small and insignificant. When I eat bacon or sausage or a hamburger they may not have carbs, but the calories are way up there. I looked up anchovies and there are next to nothing in them either. I think I'll live on eggs and just add some stuff like that for flavor. Just talking out loud here.

Maybe you could. But I think some people that go all out limiting their food to one or two thing will just explode and give up. So that is also something to take into consideration. It will be a crash diet and maybe not work in the long run

Hey liv, it's easy to say now only because everything tastes so good. I rather doubt that I would be eating eggs all day long all the time. In fact we just got a steak to eat tomorrow. It just sounded like a great idea. LOL I was just talking out loud. I'm sure it would get old. I like to eat too many things to just stick to eggs. No worries
