Yum! 

That looks delicious! A day without carbs is like a day without sunshine :) Looks like we are going to get some cooler weather here in TX finally and I can't wait to get back to 'winter food'! 

I made this for my kids today...I love these with cheese 🧀 

Do you add cheese? 

rosio19, I have added cheese in the past AFTER cooking. Have put on my roommate's (parmesan or mozzarella). I already had cottage cheese today and I'm watching my cheese intake! Have you made macaroni and cheese in the Instant Pot? I can't really have much of it, or very often. It is incredible and you add cheese after the cooking cycle. 

nikeit, I love hot weather and even I am waiting for the cooler TX weather! Took Binky-puppy to the doggie park today and I was SO HOT. For 30 seconds a breeze hit me...poor Binky-puppy was panting and we had to cut it short!! I love winter dishes. As much as I love the instant pot, the slow cooker in cool weather is KING!!!! 

ANNND I have to admit I made this with a jar of Prego. This dish is better when it is a homemade sauce. 

I don’t really make macaroni and cheese. But I buy mc and cheese at Panera bread and it taste delicious  

Next time you make some post it so we can see how it looks 😉 

keyten77, saw recipes for cooking spaghetti with kimchi. I didn't want to lose the probiotics so it's not cooked here. rosio19, might make some at Thanksgiving with lots of Gruyere (a weakness of mine).

jcmama777, for us southern gals south of Houston, it was a cool and brisk 91 degrees this afternoon. It is 80 degrees outside right now and I might want to break out a jacket. Tee hee. Looking forward to a cool front next week... 

Oh I bet!😂 we we’re in the 90’s yesterday and 58/60 degrees this morning and i believe the low tonight Is 45.  

It’s a dry heat right? I could totally do dry heat than humidity.  

jcmama777, it is 78% humidity right now...and it gets much higher. Houston/Galveston is swamp land. People often aren't aware because it has become such a concrete jungle due to over-development. Nekone97, You have to indulge every once in a while and I don't want to feel guilty doing it! Thank you! :)
