A good day...

Annual physical early this morning with great results! 👍🏻

Hangin' with the big boys now on the volume workouts finally! 💪

The worst part of the day was that I wasn't able to decide between Mint Oreo or Pumpkin Pie Blizzards... so I got both 😊

The A1c is really low it means you are not diabetic. so that is awesome. 91 most likely is your blood sugar which is good even when fasting but excellent since you were mot fasting. You rocked it.

My bloodwork was also great. I was in the lowest risk of cardiac issues zone.

You say it runs in the family. For the people who got it, were they at a healthy body fat percentage and did they exercise?

So, I am looking at my blood panel and can't find the A1C. Is it called something else sometimes?

I just responded to your email from Sept 13th lol. I don't monitor my email. I should, lol. It's from the year 2k so I have soooo much junk mail coming in. I still can't find that A1C or Hemoglobin A1C. I see Hemoglobin alone and it is 15.9

Yeah, this month my average fat intake is 94 and carbs at 444. Last month it was 85 and 394. July 99 and 410.99. 94 and 416 in June. Wow, 151 and 551 in April. :P

I say exercise is HUGE. I eat more than my 300 pound co-workers. It's my lifting and activity at work that makes it possible. 100%

Yep, this is why when I see people say a lean body is 90% diet, I don't fully agree. It depends on how active you are. It's more like 70/30 for me. 70% lifting. lol! And yes, being sedentary is sooo unhealthy. Use it or lose it.

Keyten, I only sit for that long if I go to the movies or at church. Even at my desk job I am riding an exercise bike. It feels wrong to be sedentary for long now haha
