Hm. There doesn't seem to be a way to list panic attacks, hyperventilating and pacing as exercise. Well, the pacing to be technical could be. What a rough night. Not fully better yet, but mostly. My dad spent almost 3 hours talking me through it (3AM to 5:30ish, at that). He has the patience of a saint, and I'm glad that these attacks are at least very rare now. Even though they seem rather worse when they happen because I don't go in constant dread of them anymore.

I'm happy my dad has altered his WOE a bit since mine's apparently been working. He's not obese, but he does have type 2 and hypertension and a tendency to buy donuts, ice cream, cake mixes and such. He hasn't brought anything like that home since I stopped eating all of them in June. Or he's concealing it very very carefully. Not likely; we're both massive slobs and get food everywhere. So good for him; good for us both.
