I've completely lost motivation after going to Sweden and have gradually started putting weight on again.
I have now begun a new exercise regime that includes the use of two dvds, both promising results in a month.
My sister is due to give birth at the beginning of April when I was hoping to lose the weight by. I've got 24lb to go with 11 wks to acheive it so it will be tricky but I'm getting my determination back.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
