That was my recorded weight before I went away to Stockholm, before I started eating what I wanted for four days! I havent dared weigh myself since I got back but I feel heavier! I will weigh in next weds after a good 9 days of dieting! Fingers crossed for success.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
