I got a massage Thursday from the massage therapist at my Chiropractor. WOW, it felt pretty good at the time, but oh man..I was SORE all weekend! Still a bit sore today. Everyone said drink a ton of water afterwards. Well, I don't drink a lot of water (I know I should!) So that's probably why I was so sore!

I am trying to drink more water. I just never feel thirsty! Even with diet sodas I don't drink much throughout the day. So I am going to keep a sports bottle of Crystal Light flavored water on my desk at work at all times. I've already had one bottle's worth of water this morning and I'm about to go refill it now!

The scale says I've lost almost 14lbs. I wish I could see it, it would make me feel much better about keeping up with this. Last week was really really hard. I kept thinking to myself "Ugh I should just go get a mini birthday cake and eat the whole damn thing!" Of course I wouldn't do that, but it planted a seed in my brain and all I could think about last weekend was eating some sweets! I didn't though.

I need to get pumped again, the honeymoon has wore off and I'm finding it a little harder to stay motivated, but I will work through it and keep at it!

14lbs is great! You better keep it up! Stay motivated. Don't give up! It will be so worth it Shellie. You can do this. Change things up a bit to keep you more interested. Change up your food and exercise. Do not give up!

I am not giving up. I refuse to go back to old habits! I definitely need a change in foods though. I think the problem is that I am SOOO busy at home that between work, the gym, the baby, and trying to keep a house in one piece, that I find myself looking to just pick something up for dinner since we have so little time now between work and bed time. And what is ok to eat out is VERY limited. I plan on doing Aqua Zumba at the Y this Friday. I am kind of excited for that, but I wish I had someone to do it with me. I have Fridays off, and the Y watches the baby while I work out which is awesome!

I had the same thing happen to me as far as the sweet cravings. I was watching the food network (first mistake there) and they were making cake and instantly I had a craving for cake. Lol I didnt give in but man I wanted to. So Yay! us that we stuck to our guns and didnt give in!
