Well, I did go and weigh myself earlier in the day, and what do you know? The weight is lower than the second weight...Basically at 168, the low point before.... Which begs the question: Do you guys try to weigh yourselves at roughly the same time of day?

I weigh in the mornings before I eat or drink for the best accuracy.

It can also be uplifting provided the numbers go down! I only "officially" weigh once per week. I check in periodically inbetween but don't sweat if there is a gain since it is "unofficial". It just makes me get back on track or do a little better so the official weigh-in will be good. It's all psychological and different for everyone.

Yes, because all the food and drink we have during the day is added in to later in the day. Not to mention if any food we eat is high in sodium, it will add even more weight. So the same time each morning, with same clothes is a good idea. But even then our weight can go up and down each morning. I just take the official weight once a week.
