I can' begin to tell you how tired I am of eating these foods. I never thought I'd get sick of cheese, but there you go. Sometimes my stomach feels sloshy - like there's too much liquid and not enough solid foods. Eh. So after two weeks on Phase one...I'm up a pound or so. Or maybe I never lost in the first place and just weighed myself at the right time. Who knows.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel. This is my second time completing phase 2 and it worked the first time.. this time...NOTHING....I even think I gained a lb or 2.

I only lost 5 pounds in phase one. I know how you feel, I was expecting a much bigger loss. I started losing weight in phase 2, once I figured out what made me body gain. Do you think this is the right eating plan for you?
