Wow, 40 minutes at a 2.0 incline and no leg numbness! I had a tiny bit of sciatic pain, but a little bit of mid-walking stretching helped. I basically hold on to the side bars and raise my upper body "off my hips"..it seems to pop my lower back some and relieve the pressure.

I also did a lot more on the machines. I can really tell my endurance is increasing! I do pulse checks on the treadmill as I walk and my heart rate has gone way down doing the same intensity as when I first started exercising almost 3 weeks ago.

I think exercising has finally become something I enjoy!

I can totally relate! That is the exact same reason I prefer treadmill to walking outside. I can relieve some pressure using the rails if I need to & keep walking. Isn't it exciting to be motivated to do something you never used to picture yourself doing?? Like right now, I wish it was morning so it would be time to go to the gym, lol. However, my body likes me better when I keep the exercise to once a day. :D DO YA THING GIRL!!!

hehe, yeah I'm sitting here at work and I'm really wanting to go to the gym right now! We didn't go yesterday (DH and I) and tonight is "date night", and after work I have a hair appt. So I'm trying to schedule out the rest of the day to include gym time! LOL I feel so great after a good sweaty workout and shower. Its so invigorating! GAH is it 5pm yet!??!
