I noticed that earlier today I was really craving something sweet (chocolate to be exact). Then I got busy again in my office and found that the craving was gone a while later. I didn't even notice it leave. :)

That's great! I have also found that turning my mind to other things helps get rid of cravings. I try and do that when I can.
