See? I have light days too. 283k yesterday and only 53k today. A 45 min run will take zap your energy before a workout. Also, I've never been this lean at 195 pounds.

Thank you, Becc@ and Chris! I received a message that someone had called in at my job so I took a signup which caused me to have to get my lift on directly after a jog, I usually split the two up by at least 3 hours.

Thanks, Irial4. So, I was thinking, I do love being heavier now that my legs are in line with my upper body but I also liked looking a lot more muscular than my weight suggested. Pros and cons to everything. :D

Nice Work ! You've hit my goal weight....haven't been there in years, not even sure it's possible as old man time has caught up to me. Gonna die tryin' though. Awesome job, I picture your wife chasing after you, knocking other women down as they mob ya !!! (haha) I see a lot of the women on FS gushing over you too. Oooo, You all know who you are .....
