Ok, this weekend was fantastic for everything but food choices,lol. I saved all my flex points for Saturday but it didn't help as I have had no loss. I'm just going to have to try not eating my flex points I think. I walked for like 10 hours this weekend too at Sea World, Busch Gardens and City Walk. Oh well. Ate some amazing food. A lot not so bad but I did have dessert (key lime pie one night -my fav!) and drank a lot on Saturday night. A lot of that was shots though. How many calories/points in pure alcohol? Anyone? lol.
I get really get back on the wagon yet because today is my first wedding anniversary! I'm sorry but we are going to Bern's Steakhouse and I have never been and they have a whole separate room to eat dessert. Then we get to eat the top tier of our wedding cake. I'm having both, I don't feel bad. I haven;t had cake in so long and I'm a connoisseur, lol. Our wedding cake was so good. Chocolate chip cake and butter cream frosting with white chocolate sea shells. I'll post a pic cause you all have gotta see this thing!
I also made a chocolate chip cheesecake for my hubby (I owed him one for his birthday) but that I won't have trouble staying away from. I have been counting down for a year though to eat my top tier and I will enjoy every slice...I mean bite.. :D
I'm going to get my butt back into gear with my workout routine too this week. Have been slacking since I'd say the 5th week of my plateau. But I have faith in WW working but I gotta give 110% right?
Tonight my goals are to 1. get in some weights after work and some ab exercises, and 2. hydrate like crazy cause I don't think I drank enough H2O this weekend. I'll post pictures soon!!!
