Hamstring really bothering, chose to take today off from the gym, it hurts to even sit in a chair. Will get back at it tomorrow. Sticking with the program.
I hate the scale, I know that it takes time (a year to add 30 lbs) I WANT IT OFF NOW! Yes I know patience, Rome wasn't restored in a day.
