Day 9, things going well, when the alarm went off this morning and the rain was pounding down I actually switched the alarm to 6:15 from 4:30. Turned the light off and the little voice is going, oh already quitting, hasn't been even 10 days yet! This is your trend for the past year, start off well then slow down! Damn voice, I got up and went to the gym!
