Oh Yeah baby, haven't missed a day since Jan 1, yes all of you resolution people go ok it has only been 8 days BUT I have experience at this.
3 years ago I did the same thing, I unfortunately let myself slide 25 lbs but now back on track. The good news is that I don't beat myself up anymore over little setbacks. I get back on the horse and keep riding.
Last night I watched the new season of Biggest Loser (I am a DVR girl) that show and my daughters wedding motivated me to get going. I get good food and exercise tips. You also see how emotional weight is, it was a huge issue for me being over 240 lbs for 20 years. I didn't realize that weight loss was so driven by bad feelings about one's self.
To everyone struggling out there with their own weight loss journey I say DON'T GIVE UP, don't beat yourself up and reward yourself for a job well done (just not with food!)
