Bummer 😖. Gained this week. Always seem to be hungry. Need a kick in the butt as I need a kick start to get back on plan. Hope to have a better week. And no events scheduled where I would be overeating. As eating out sometimes is a problem. Have a nice weekend everyone.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Are you recording everything you eat? Drinking your water? I have found that when I EAT carbs, I WANT carbs! Went back to Keto yesterday, and much less hunger today, praise the Lord!

I haven't been doing so good in recording the food. But today I have done so, including what I am having for dinner. I agree with you that when you eat carbs, you want carbs. Also an doing better planning. I am having trouble getting back on the wagon.

Just keep trying, @Fishingwidow! I was off the wagon for over a week, and now I'm paying for it by having to RE-lose almost EIGHT POUNDS! Don't make the same mistake I did! Resolve to start NOW. Glad you're doing better today! One day at a time, sweet Jesus!

Drinking warm water or a high fiber smoothie helps to quell my hunger.

Thanks for the support. Trying IF and can eat breakfast at 10 am. See if I can go a little longer.
