I did absolutely nothing toward losing weight other than extensively working out...thus the 10 pounds gained!!!...I will bring it back...20 pounds to go
235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
