Question and I'm not knocking your method by any means. I'm truly curious. Can carb loading be done with vegetables or would that require too much quantity? Like, beans are high carb (and you'd likely get the whole corner of the gym to yourself). Do they just not offer the same carb load as cereal and cookies?

Your own post called it carb loading. I know you're very witty but I was asking what I felt was a legitimate question but all I did was set myself up for keto bashing. Thanks.

And a medium potato has 37 carbs and 2 gm sugar compared to one Twinkie has 27 carbs and 16 gm sugar.

Fair enough. That was my question in the first place.. wondering if it required too much volume to get the high carb in vegs vs processed food. Okay. Truce.
