Yeah I like it. A lot different from kombucha squash even though they look similar. I'd have to say my favorite at the moment is butternut squash.

Butternut makes good soup. Have you tried chayotes? They are like the dessert squash.

Your meal looks beautiful. A great example of feeding the eye and the brain as well as the stomach. Presentation is important and you nailed it.

I noticed you like a lot of jalapenos on your dishes. You like it spicy. I used to but my palate now is that of a baby....

Have you tried kabocha squash yet? After Butternut squash it's my favorite. I'll split them, de-seed and place them skin side up in a baking pan with about a 1/4 inch of water and cook until the skin starts to get really dark while the insides is all steamed. A little butter, salt and pepper and i'm golden. Your plate pics have been really wonderful the last week.
