Calm the mind..set your intentions..allow the universe to work....

Felt really bad yesterday...calmed my mind..my intentions...to be over this...today a new day...and I feel great

29 outside this morning...walmart day...short list...could almost miss it this week...but like to stay ahead on stuff..

Ride/workout about noon or so...get back at it..

Not much else to write today....nicer days ahead...but still colder mornings for a few weeks I’m sure...

Gotta do maintenance on a front tire on bike..noticed it was flat yesterday..so change out the tube in it today...starting to get the artsiest to ride outside...but not sure if they will be long rides or just a few miles to hold me over..till next one...still not sure about eye sight outside...if I ride alone...

Got to ‘Walmart day’ and man do I feel sorry for you! That place is crazy lol. Avoid it if I can lol. But it is fun to watch the people if ya have a wait. Never know what you’ll see. Have a great day!

Only 50 dollars at walmart...thought that was good...just did 8.28..miles..36 min...was glad to get back in recliner to rest...

$50.00 at Walmart is stellar shopping. You rode laps around my treadmill experience. I wish my desk chair would recline...

Looking at my food information .Why amI still gaining weight.? I was 215 lbs now 221. someone help I am missing some thing . Ty Dan

Hi Dannoci, your weight gain may be water weight due to more sodium than usual. Have you been going out to eat lately or it could be muscle.
