Happy happy Saturday to everyone....calming my mind..setting my intentions...allowing the universe to work..

Woke up this morning to thunder and lightening..looks like most of today....

Took off yesterday...enjoyed the day to just rest my body..slept..went outside did a short yard work..and got a lot of recliner time...think my sinuses are flaring up...just wasn’t up to par..took echinacea yesterday...nose is stuffy today..but feeling great...

Once I’m sure most of the lightening is out of area..then I have a scheduled zwift ride/workout to get done..get back on the mon..we’d..fri..schedule...like that better....

Guess IL head to kitchen..have breakfast..get chicken out to thaw..prep day once again..never ending seems like...well there is an end...but that means food that doesn’t agree with my body...
