~14 hr fast, 1050 cal yesterday. was doing amazing on low carbs, substituted thin mint temptation with mock ice cream, substituted cabbage for pasta, until I mindlessly had a store almond milk pudding cup. work marathon continues, not getting up from chair much. standing station today
