Calm the mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work...

Took day off yesterday...took almost 24 hours before I started feeling recovered from Monday’s ride..I wasn’t sore..but just felt drained from my ride mentally..

Changed workouts this morning on zwift to the build me up workout...think it’s 12 weeks..something different...so doing longer rides will start to dwindle for a few weeks till I get use to the workout hopefully...rode 25 miles this morning only to discover I have a scheduled workout tomorrow and then again Saturday...

Tax place called while ago..gotta go and sign my name on the line..and see what that’s gonna cost...I remember when I use to get money back..but we will soon find out....

Suppose to bee 60s today..was frost on car windows across street this morning..then nice temps next 3 days and rain..grass is all ready turning green...just waiting for neighbors to start the year of cutting again...

Welp...feel like I’m running behind...even though it’s only 915am...
