Thats a 2300 calorie surplus to kick off the big gym day tomorrow! Kinda sad when 600g+ of carbohydrates isn't even 50% of the macro breakdown...

Not fung-Knee....people will detest your carbohydrate intake. Personally, I see the buck 58 in protein and am getting jelly. Not jelly donut jelly, but jelly as in whack to the knee "Why Me?!?" Color me impressed.

LOL - sometimes increasing one macro is merely decreasing the other. But you know that. I'm just recalling my own 'uh..what happened there' on my own chart some days.
