Calm your mind..set your intentions..and allow the universe to work..

Happy happy Saturday to everyone....

Rest day from zwift...rode 101.8 miles in 3 days this week..time to give my body time to recover...my goal next week...is to keep adding more miles on..getting stronger as I do...had jeans on yesterday..first time in a while...but ready for shorts...since my bike wreck..when I wear long pants around my knees..I’m uncomfortable...my knees suffered road rash and falling in them..but no other injuries to them..but noticed yesterday...the jeans just seemed to rub them wrong...

Can tell the inches are shrinking in my butt ang upper thighs...even a rough my mid section...just a slow process..that’s fine...lest I’m healthier...

Welp..maintance to do on bicycle..that’s on trainer...also want to get other road bike ready for occasional outside riding..still not warm enough for me..was nice yesterday in the 50s...but on a bike with wind passing by..figure 10 degrees cooler...
