Calm your mind..set your intentions...allow it to happen...

Happy happy happy Friday to everyone....woke up at 4am...wasn’t in mode to zwift..however I was in mood for more sleep...but got riding bibs on...and as I was pulling them up..noticed they slide into place easier...NSV...I weigh every morning..but have just kinda decided the scales just have no clue...all the riding I do...and the scales just stay within a few pounds of the last weigh in...but the clothes fitting better...I’ll take it any day...

Did a 30.99 mile ride...2:06 on time...hit 100 miles for week...with just 3days of riding...not sure if I’m riding anymore this week..or gonna rest and try for longer ride Monday...want to keep improving...but hard not to ride just to break up a boring day..

Trying to decide if I want to eat breakfast..or wait on trip to China buffet at noon...not really hungry...but did have supplements when I was riding to help me get thru my ride...might just see how it goes...

Welp...guess I’ll get up..get my electrolyte water bottles refilled for next ride...may fix protein shake..that will hold me over...

Walked into kitchen...fixed light breakfast to hold me over...2 hour ride burned 800 calories...riding hills adds up the calories...
