Well, tomorrow I plan to have -one day- to 'let lose'. Perhaps I will have some Lays potato chips, those look good... :)

The party turned out great! I ate sooooo much! 🐽🐽🐽 I had lots of this junk plus 2 pieces of cake and spaghetti. I am fully carb loaded 😆 I will get a good work out in tomorrow

I was so hunger over today (from sugar). I stayed in bed with a migraine half the day. I didn’t think the sugar and carbs would do that to be since I’ve been eating plenty of them lately 🤷‍♀️

That’s cause if we over consume we feel a lil sick cause our body is Not use to it anymore

I am feeling better today. I was going to avoid sugar today but my friend brought back candy from Venezuela and I didn’t want to turn it down 😅😅
