Figures that my highest ever lifting day is my first official day going with 50% carbs.. But I haven't done many full body workouts in some time. Probably swinging that way since it's hard to get to the gym 3 times per week or more with a little one. 💪🏻

I could never move that much weight with just a couple body parts like I usually do. Well.. Maybe a crazy leg day.

I will track my weight today out of curiosity. it's chest day so reckon I'm pushing about but no idea if it's near what you guys are doing

High 600 Med 337.5 Low 337.5 Then 10 mins on situp machine but I'm not gonna add that cos no idea how many.... Not many lol Total weight moved just chest was 17475 kg Or 38525 pounds Kinda interesting 😁

I've only tracked 4 workouts Keith, and I've been around 26k to 60k. That was just 2 body parts 10 rep stuff. This was 15-20 reps 5 sets each.

Yes, me too. I don't like planning ahead though so it takes a little time in the gym for me.. They don't have all the exercises I do either. I did shoulders too but it only had trap bar deaflifts but shoulder shrugs.

I'm piggybacking off a mate who is paying for a routine. It's a 52 week program 6 days a week. Been doing it since early Jan and no 2 days have been same yet👌 I'm loving it. Love not having to work out a routine everyweek to keep it interesting.
