This is more like a face to face, before and after. I was actually half-way to goal in the "before" pic, so 37 lbs. heavier. I love to do "face to face" progress pics, too. Someone remarked once that I looked as if I lost weight in my nose! LOL. I have to agree and definitely a cheaper way to get a nose job! Ha ha. The second pic is today. I've been shoveling snow for the past 2 days. It's amazing how much I can do now without those 72 lbs. All that lean muscle mass from strength training is coming in handy and it's nice to be able to help my mom out.

Thank you, so much everyone! @Jen - I'm tellin ya - I've cut so much time out of other household chores like laundry and cleaning house. It's amazing how much a difference it makes regarding one's ability to move around. I don't even think I could lift the 72 lbs. I once carried on this body. At least not yet, maybe after another year of strength training - LOL :-)
