I have heard that a good moisturizing cream and massage will help...will let you know if it works!

Thanks so much. ❤️. I never had much wrinkles at 64 until I lost so much. Now so much is hanging all over. I bet I’d loose a lot more if it shrunk! Ha ha But I do feel younger, stronger and healthier than I did before Keto. That’s what matters most!

I don't think we can quite take care of all the flabby flab. Especially if elasticity is almost non-existant....but...My weight has fluctuated for the past 6 years, I'm 49 and when I lost 89lbs years ago, I didn't tone at all. Now, since I'm on my final journey to shed the fat, I have some loose hanging skin and I'm focusing on toning. A few weeks ago I started a toning regime that has just started to help and I see some improvements. For my arms, I found a 21-day challenge on PopSugar. With free weights, this challenge has been the most helpful for my bat wings, biceps and deltoids. For other abdominal toning, I'm doing planks and crunches and I can tell things are looking 'lifted'.

"Autophagy" (Greek; "self-eating"), a process for which the discoverer received the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology, can help with hanging skin, but it's a very slow process (estimated by Ken Berry, M.D., to be about 1% per month -- SOURCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWh4qeVEaqw). Intermittent fasting, done consistently, every day, for at least 16 hours of every 24, accelerates the rate at which the body "takes out the trash" -- ridding itself of old cell material that has been replaced by new. Skin, for example, regenerates every 27 days or so. (SOURCE: https://www.webmd.com/beauty/cosmetic-procedures-overview-skin#1)

Oh and I start drinking a cup or two of coffee in the am. Maybe an Atkins chocolate drink or a slim fast if I need one. No other breakfast. LUNCH: I then eat a healthy lunch as well as an Adkins bar or something like pig rinds for low carb desserts and no sugar. Then I don’t eat again until the next coffee or lunch So I think that I am fasting as I drink a gallon of distilled water a day.

Adefwebserver has it right. I’m also using a piece of jade to massage my face. It’s called Gua Sha. Not sure it’s working but it feels great. Also small suction cups to massage as well.
