I did absolutely nothing yesterday except watch mind numbing TV shows, sleep and pigged out on junk food. I was even honest about it in my recordings because I want to remember how gross I feel the day after. Now the thought of putting that crap into my body makes me feel nauseated! Today is housework and groceries. Nothing too stressful or can cause anxiety. I think I needed the sleep and lots of it to help me heal my mind.
Fingers crossed it will be another calm day!
