I did absolutely nothing yesterday except watch mind numbing TV shows, sleep and pigged out on junk food. I was even honest about it in my recordings because I want to remember how gross I feel the day after. Now the thought of putting that crap into my body makes me feel nauseated!
Today is housework and groceries. Nothing too stressful or can cause anxiety.
I think I needed the sleep and lots of it to help me heal my mind.

Fingers crossed it will be another calm day!

Job to go to on Monday
Lessons learned
Fs buddies
Calmness
Time alone
