Took a strong sedative last night. today I am so relaxed, my stress is at bay for now. Problem is I have no motivation to do anything. But I am enjoying this sense of calmness.

Grateful for:
Family
Job
Roof over my head
Calmness
Not having to do anything!

Hope all my buds have a good day!

A small suggestion for you dear Pam-u-la....replace your Walking with Running (Jogging). Running for even minimum 15 minutes daily will keep your stress at bay. I too used to Walk (Brisk Walk) earlier and while walking I was always thinking of something which was not necessary (of all unnecessary things). From the last one week I started Running (Jogging) daily for a minimum of 45 minutes and it helps me keep my anxiety / stress in control. Give it a try. Wish you the best in life. :)
