Woke at 227.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. I consider that a massive win after the dinner out 12 hours ago. Also, blood glucose was 89, so that's a win, too. Will have protein coffee early and then will eat the other half of the steak that Denise didn't finish last night! UPDATE: Weighed 227.2 before dinner. Jason is going to enjoy the rest of that Porterhouse, so I am going to finish the pork roast we made a few days ago. Thanks to Mom, I'm having some red wine, too!
