I woke up very stiff, so after my walk to the gym, I did 15-20 minutes of yoga to loosen up.
It was a very busy day, had to eat out but I was ableo to make good choices and keep it keto. I also took my daughter to a movie and didn't touch the popcorn.

WOW! No Popcorn! That's a hard one. Kudos, Brian! Last year, when I was serious on Keto, I planned ahead and took some pork rinds for myself, and snuck in a bottle of water. I still bought my grand daughter a SMALL popcorn (not the largest tub we usually get, with a triple layer of that fake butter)! Also, bravo on making good choices when you ate out! You're rocking this! Keep up the great work!
