Three months on my Atkins induction (or keto) today. It is going good. Keep squeezing myself into old too-small-pants for measuring and progress is being made. I have enjoyed this way of measurin. It has been far less stressful for me. Probably approaching a size 12 now - tight but I can squeeze into them. Started in at least 18 and extra large and 1x sizes.
My goals to be able to be a more effective mover is coming along. I do walks and some walk/runs and I am getting in better shape. Still working on push ups and some yoga positions.
