Well, I left fat secret in September and tried some other apps and ultimately gave in to a friend's insistence that if I just stick to a KETO diet, then I don't need to calorie count. Well, it sounded good... but ouch. Here I am 3 months later, and not only did I not lose the 20 lbs I had hoped, I gained a full 13lbs....just painful, as I had lost 210lbs up to that point. Lesson learned... the only way I can make it is if I calorie count. It's essential for me. So I'm back for good!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 234.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would say, it doesn't matter what diet you do, you still need to count your calories. Welcome back! 😊
