Cottage cheese. Could have benefited from wider celery, lol. Also "everything but the bagel" seasoning. Tasty!

I agree on Crashtestdawnie’s bagel! LOL But I think I ‘d do that with cream cheese or ricotta and leave the cottage cheese 🤮to you! LOL 🙋🏻

Oh yeah, cream cheese or ricotta would probably work better! The cottage cheese was good, but messy. Just looking for ways to keep getting my veggies!

@ctd, you did great! You paced yourself so you could get everything in! All looked amazing, but the eggplant pizza was my personal fave.
