Amazing difference! Your arm definition looks really good. Looks 'good to go' and 'job well done' rather than 'still work to do' (to me at least).

I am on a diet of about 600 calories a day. Try to eat edd whites instead of whole eggs.. Lots of proteins. Steak chicken pork as long as it is lean. Watch salt intake. Works for me. Because of certain health conditions i am limited in what i can eat anyway. It is working good. From a year ago i am down from 325 lbs. To 236 or so.

Thank you everyone! Just one more day of work and I’m on my way. It’s a shame you can’t private message on here, but I do appreciate everyone’s support. I have done a variety of things throughout my health journey, and these pictures are more than months apart. (Just to clarify) I originally was 250 in the beginning and about 220 in the picture posted. I lost the initial weight (90 lbs) in 7-8 months by limiting my calories and doing 1-1:30 hrs of cardio 5-6 days a week. Although that worked well for me I lost a lot of muscle and was “skinny fat” (very little muscle mass). I got back in the gym again in March and approached it with HIIT and light weights which “toned” things up a bit. But got into heavier weights in June. I strongly recommend incorporating weights into your routine if you haven’t already. I loooooove to eat and don’t really limit myself anymore. I eat healthy about 70% of the time.
